FAQ’s.

We work with clients who want to outsource the operations & maintenance of their assets or who have limited internal capacity to keep on top of maintaining all of their assets.

If we are installing M&E services as part of a new build project or major refurb we include the configuration of the software within the project costs.

If a client wants to implement a solution in an existing asset/s where there are no planned works we have to evaluate the asset/s and provide configuration costs.

Pricing is flexible and is dependent on the following factors:

  1. The chosen software and modules that are most applicable to the asset types.
  2. The number of users the client wishes to access the software.
  3. The level of access required per user, different levels of access have different price points.
  4. We always include and cost the statutory maintenance for the assets. Maintenance costs are itemised and included for a 12 month period and invoiced once the works have been carried out.

Finally we can add in costs for other services the client wishes us to provide.

Once we’ve established points 1-3 above we provide a subscription cost for a 12 month period. Subscription costs are paid at the beginning of each 12 month period.
You can cancel anytime within the contracted 12 months. Once a subscription isn’t renewed you will still have access to the software for 3 months after the end date to download any information you wish to keep.

Yes you can. If you want to remove a user their subscription won’t be renewed in the following years subscription contract.

You can add a user at any time. The new users account cost will be prorated for the remaining months left on an existing subscription contract and billed accordingly. The new user will then auto populate on the next year’s subscription contract.

If a SaaS (Software as a Solution) option is taken then no investment is necessary. The software is deployed over the internet.

If a client wishes to have their own on premises solution then cost’s for the supply and install of the hardware can be provided or the client may wish to provide this themselves in house.

Ideally we’d be allocated data points and be able to use the clients IT network to connect to the internet.

Alternatively we can provide wireless modem to push data to the cloud.

No, each account we create on each of the software platforms provides clients with their own specific server space and instance.

More often than not yes, as long as the API can be integrated with the chosen software the data can be transferred and used avoiding the need for multiple systems and logins.
